Advert terms and conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 This advertisers agreement ("the Agreement") is made between homesaleswales.co.uk ("homesaleswales.co.uk", "We") and the Advertiser ("You).
1.2 By entering into this agreement you are confirming you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.
1.3 You agree to homesaleswales.co.uk publishing your advert details on our web site and the web sites of our partners.
2. Your Responsibilities
2.1 You have the legal right to sell you property.
2.2 The description you supply is true and accurate and not misleading. Homesaleswales.co.uk does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the information supplied and cannot be held liable.
2.3 You will pay the full advert fee before the advert will be published.
2.4 You have obtained permission from the owner of any photographs used in the advert. Homesaleswales.co.uk will not be held liable for breach of copyright.
2.5 If you have a contract with an Estate Agent, you have independently checked your contract with regards to the terms and conditions that you must pay the Estate Agents commission. If later it is found that you are legally bound to pay the Estate Agents commission, Homesaleswales.co.uk will not be liable.
2.6 Only one property may appear in each advert.
2.7 You will set your own selling price.
2.8 You will arrange and conduct viewings for the advertised property.
2.9 You will inform homesaleswales.co.uk once the advertised property is sold.
3. Homesaleswales' Responsibility
3.1 We will re-advertise your property on our partner websites. Publication on partner sites maybe subject to alteration or cancellation according to changes in service imposed on us by those partner sites. As such we cannot guarantee unlimited publication on these sites.
3.2 If a property's advert has not been viewed after a period of 6 months homesaleswales.co.uk will have the right to discontinue the advert which includes the re-advertising on partner sites.
3.3 We will, to the best of our efforts, ensure that the homesaleswales.co.uk web site is available at all times. We reserve the right to take the site ‘off-line' without prior notice for essential maintenance and upgrades.
